Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice

How TrackMacros handles nutrition, weight, health-profile, AI-chat, meal-photo, and related information.

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice describes how ZenPulse Labs LLC handles consumer health data in TrackMacros. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which contains the full details. TrackMacros is a general nutrition and wellness product intended for users aged 13 and older; users younger than 13 may not create or use an account. It is not a medical device.

Health Data We Collect

For eligible users, including users who are 13 through 17, the information collected and processed depends on the TrackMacros features they choose to use and includes the categories below.

  • Body measurements: weight, height, body-fat, age, sex, and activity level.
  • Nutrition goals, meals and nutrition entries, and weight history.
  • Connected-device measurements from Withings (weight, body-fat, selected activity), if you connect it.
  • Self-reported conditions you choose to mention to AI Coach, and inferences we derive from your data.
  • Meal photos and voice recordings you submit, and AI Coach messages and memory.
  • The current app and website do not provide medical-report upload. Dormant backend endpoints remain under review in backend issue #31 and are not described as an available feature.

Sources and Purposes

We collect this data directly from you, automatically from your app activity, and from Withings when you connect it. We use it to log meals and calculate nutrition, set and track goals, analyze meal photos, generate AI coaching responses, sync connected devices, and personalize your experience.

Who We Share It With

We share categories of health data only with the service providers needed to deliver the features you request — our cloud hosting and storage providers (Fly.io, Amazon Web Services), AI and transcription providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini), and Withings for connected-device sync. The current product code has no advertising integration and does not send consumer health data to an advertising service.

Your Rights and Withdrawing Consent

You can request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of your health data, and you can withdraw consent to its collection or sharing. Withdrawing consent may stop some features from working. To exercise these rights, visit our Privacy Choices page or email trackmacros.app@gmail.com from your account email address. Account deletion is available in the app; other requests are handled manually by email.
